Hi! My name is Scott Quentin Stedman and I’m a composer/photographer/graphic-designer from Southern California. I recently finished my bachelor’s degree in music composition from Chapman University and am currently working as a composer for entertainment multimedia, film, and television in Seattle. I have a huge variety of hobbies that I enjoy including mountain biking, longboarding, surfing, snowboarding, photography (which I do as a side job at the moment), music, digital painting and art (particularly space art), film scores, and hobby aquarium keeping (in general order of most interesting to most boring).

If you’re here you’re probably aware of my photo-of-the-day project, which can be found right here.  If you’re not aware of that project, here’s a shorthand version of it: I’ve taken one photo every single day since 2010 started and posted it up there. That project is still ongoing (and will be for the foreseeable future), but not all of the photos that get posted there are the pinnacle of human achievement, as I can only find so many interesting things to photograph every week. At least it keeps me sharp. scottquent.in is a portfolio website and print store for all of the good stuff in between. Enjoy yourself. The selection of photos available in prints is selective but is always growing.
